Q: Are your expert witness services primarily for defense or prosecuting attorneys?

We offer our services to either side of a case, and also do work for insurance companies and various corporate clients. We dedicate ourselves to making our expert knowledge available to anyone who needs it for their case.

Q: Will you advocate for our interests at trial?

The job of an expert witness is not to advocate on behalf of anyone, but rather to speak plainly about the facts in a case and to answer all questions as truthfully as possible, regardless of whose side those questions support. Our job is to be fact finders, not to build a case for either side. To that end, we conduct investigations, perform various analysis and tests, and reach our conclusions using our scientific knowledge on the facts and evidence we uncover.

Q: What types of processes are included in your building inspection services?

We do offer building inspection services so you can ensure your commercial property is safe and meets your goals before purchase. Inspections are tailored to your needs but are usually selected by building system: structural, roofing, heating, cooling, electrical and other systems, At the end of each inspection, we issue a report containing descriptions of the building’s current condition to include any repairs or replacements a building system or component might require. The report also contains opinions of probable cost for budgeting or negotiation purposes.
